29.03.2009 On March the 27th pupils and teachers from Lithuania went on a trip in order to compare two churches: Catholic st. Apostles Peter and Paul's Cathedral and Orthodox st. Apostles Peter and Paul's Church. These churches not only have the same name but also are situated close to each other and are historically related. They found out much about the historic separation of Catholic and Orthodox Churches and about the main differences and similarities at present. Now the pupils are preparing observation sheets about both churches a report comparing the two churches and faiths.

As we see, three school deviate from other school. In school in Turkey they had Islam population, in school in Sweden Protestant and in school in United Kingdom get out the fact that the big part of population does not believe.
When you are looking at the graph of wide circulation of religion in region and country, you can see that results in United Kingdom are different and that most of population is other Christian. But the percent of population which does not believe is still high.

15 .12.2008 We take out our first common videokonference . The topic was: if this videoconference is good enough for our pupils to present their work. Six school were conected on videoconference, English and Sweden had a problem with connection. We were talking about our project one hour and at the end we decided, that we will use this videoconference also for pupils. We didn't decided yet for the date of next videoconference. All partner working good, and we have already first results. We hope that we will see complete on next videoconference.

04.12.2008 This week Sweden and Poland had a video conference. Participating were students from both schools (with us teachers in the background). The students had prepared issues like presentation of themselves, presentation of their schools and reports of what they have done so far in the project. They also discussed the importance of and habits regarding religion in the two different countries.
Unfortunately they had a very bad connection when it came to sound. The picture transmission was ok.
